KleinKon Maintenance & Construction was founded by Hennie Schoeman back in 1987. Hennie started his career as a Civil Engineer working for South Africa's National Electricity provider and had the privilege of working on some of South Africa's major power stations. After a couple of years, Hennie decided to focus more on residential development and construction and that is when KleinKon became operational. Most of KleinKon's projects over the years included new builds, alterations, additions, steel manufacturing and custom timber manufacturing.
In 2013, Hennie was joined by his son Henk Schoeman who is also a qualified civil engineer. Henk has experience in the design of tower crane components and also had the opportunity to work overseas for a structural steel company based in New Zealand.
Over the years, KleinKon has developed good relationships with its clients and has been privileged to maintain long-lasting relationships. The KleinKon team has always been well known for its attention to detail and tidiness and has strived in exceeding its clients' expectations.
